A personal chef with a long history as a professional chef. I started this page in order to share my thoughts and experience’s with others on Food, Flavors, Life and my Passion for exploring the culinary world. I have over thirty years of culinary experience with the last ten in the private sector. I’m privileged to be allowed to step into peoples lives on a everyday basis. I’m constantly learning about their daily struggles, challenges and concerns involving food, shopping, cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. I don’t have all of the answers, but I can ask some good questions and offer my insight into how we can overcome these deficiencies in our society and perhaps come up with at least a solution or two.
