I was blessed with being awarded the Instructor of the Year voted upon by the students. This was our largest graduating class in 2012 with over 600 students. I was seriously surprised and overwhelmed with excitement. I never dreamed of being presented with this award when we have over 40 incredible instructors at the Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. I wish I could have individually thanked all of the students and wished them an incredible career and culinary journey. Teaching has allowed me to spread the gift that I have been given and that is the gift to cook.
