I came across this a couple of weeks ago and I still cant believe it. This is on line cooking school is being offered by the people who do Cooks Illustrated. I think it is a fabulous offer and what a great way to get your cooking skills up and running. I have a great deal of respect for the magazine, their cooking show and their cook books.
