A chef’s day off

A chef’s day off, starting with farmers market, French bakery, cage free chicken farm- picked my own eggs, international food market, vegan bakery, and a raw restaurant where I made a new friend, Joe Diaz, Owner of 118 in downtown winter park. My new word is Synchronicity – the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated occurring together in a meaningful manner. Oh by the way, we had to stop at the wine barn to stock up!
